Technoverse Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Technoverse (the “Service”), a team-execution and task management platform operated by Technocrats Digimate (“we”, “us”). By creating a company account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you and, where applicable, the organization you represent (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

Technoverse provides daily task assignment, tracking, approval workflows, reporting, and related team-execution features, delivered as a web application and an Android app. It is licensed for use by a Customer's own team members under a company account — there is no self-service individual signup outside an invited company account.

• Keeping admin credentials secure and not sharing them.
• The accuracy of company information provided (name, domain, branding).
• Managing who is invited to and removed from the company account, and revoking access for departing employees promptly.
• Ensuring the company’s use of the Service complies with its own internal policies and applicable law.
• Any data the company stores in Technoverse — the company is responsible for having the right to store and process it.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential.
• Use the Service only for legitimate work task management within your employer’s account.
• Do not attempt to access another company’s data or another user’s account.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

You may not use Technoverse to violate any law, infringe another party's rights, probe or breach security measures without authorization, disrupt the Service or other users' access, reverse-engineer the Service, or build a directly competing product. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@technocratsdigimate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Technoverse is currently billed to Customers manually, outside the application (invoice or bank transfer), under terms agreed separately with each Customer. If in-application subscription billing is introduced, these Terms will be updated to describe billing cycles, refund policy, and payment processor terms before that feature is enabled. Fees, where applicable, are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal business purposes only. Content you or your company upload remains your property; you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand) if no fees have been paid (e.g. during a free pilot). Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

A Customer's admin may request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment after notice, or if required by law. Data retention after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

We may update the Service and these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated to company admins via email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zirakpur, Punjab, India.
