Technoverse Privacy Policy

Technoverse (“Technoverse”, “we”, “us”) is a team-execution and task management SaaS platform operated by Technocrats Digimate. This policy explains what data we collect when a business (“Customer”, “tenant”, “company”) and its team members (“you”, “User”) use Technoverse, via the web app or the Android app.

Technoverse is a business-to-business product. A Customer's administrator creates a company account and invites team members; individual members do not sign up independently.

Account and profile data: name, work email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and optional phone number / job designation.

Company/tenant data: company name, domain, join code, logo (if uploaded), and active/paused status.

Task and team data: task text, priority, due date, status history, assignment, approval decisions and feedback, and versioned submission history for approval workflows.

AI-assisted task generation:when an admin assigns a task, Technoverse may send the task's text to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to suggest a checklist of steps. This data is not used to train AI models.

Uploaded files: company logos (public branding images) and optional task attachments (access-restricted to people who can see that task).

Email and notifications: your work email is used for invitations, password resets, and task notifications, sent via our transactional email provider (Resend).

Analytics and logs: standard server request logs and authentication event logs are retained for troubleshooting and security. No third-party tracking/analytics service currently runs inside the authenticated app.

What we don't collect: no payment card details (billing is currently manual/off-platform), and no device contacts, camera, microphone, or location — the Android app requests only internet access.

• Authenticate you and enforce that you only see your own company’s data.
• Send account-related and task-related notifications.
• Generate AI-assisted task step suggestions.
• Maintain security, diagnose issues, and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your company's data with other Technoverse customers — tenant data is isolated by design.

• Team members see their own tasks and, depending on configuration, team-relevant tasks/reports.
• Coordinators/Admins see all tasks, team members, and reports within their own company.
• Platform super-administrators (Technoverse operator staff) can access data across companies solely for support, security, and platform operation.
• Data is never visible across different companies to regular users or admins.

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-assisted task step generation.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Hostinger — application hosting.

Task, team, and company data is retained for as long as your company's account is active. If an account is deactivated, data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or a signed agreement. Server logs are retained for 90 days and then rotated out.

You, or your company's admin, may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or an export of your personal data, subject to your company's own operational and audit needs. To make a request, email privacy@technocratsdigimate.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, in any case, within any timeframe required by applicable law.

Technoverse is currently billed manually between the Company and the Customer's organization — no payment card or bank details are collected or stored inside the Technoverse application itself. If in-app subscription billing is introduced, this policy will be updated to name the payment processor used.

Technoverse is operated from India. If you access Technoverse from outside India, your data will be transferred to and processed in India and in the regions where our infrastructure providers operate. By using Technoverse, you consent to this transfer.

Technoverse is a workplace productivity tool intended for use by working adults as part of their employment. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children under 18.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to company admins via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Technoverse after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
